Ayurveda (ai·yr·vay·duh) is the ancient art of living in harmony with nature — caring for your digestion, sleep, energy, and mind in ways that build you up rather than wear you down.
But Feminine Form Ayurveda goes deeper.
For centuries, women were the healers. The keepers of wisdom passed mother to daughter, grandmother to granddaughter — whispered, lived, and embodied. This knowledge wasn't written in textbooks. It was written in the body.
Westernization separated us from this knowing. It told us to outsource our healing, to follow protocols designed for bodies that weren't ours, to fix rather than listen.
Feminine Form Ayurveda is the reclamation.

Hey Beautiful, I’m Katie,
What began as my desperate search for answers became my life's work.
Throughout my life I struggled with symptoms of autoimmune, cystic acne, cystic ovaries, chronic inflammation, body pain, and digestive issues. After exhausting multiple doctors and specialists to no relief, I decided to take a different path.
I learned to heal the relationship with my body so that my body could begin to heal itself.
Because a large part of my healing came from sacred self-care practices, this prompted me to study, get certifications, travel and learn all about the nervous system, women's health, tantra-yoga, breath-work, nutrition and Ayurveda.
I've now had the honor of guiding countless women back to vibrant health, even after struggling with chronic, unresolved issues for years.
