Meet Your Guide, Katie

After years of burnout, anxiety, autoimmune disease and a whole mess of gut issues, I was inspired to go on a journey of self-healing and learn how to teach other women to do the same.

Ayurveda is what brought me back to the basics, a connection to my natural feminine cycles. It helped me find gentle practices and daily routines that allow me to listen to my body and know what I need.

  • We will focus on two aspects with the cleansing foods; 1. 80% plants 2. 90% cooked foods to give your digestion a break.

    You’ll have the option of following a Kitchari recipe (this is an Ayurvedic Mung Bean dish made with ghee and rice, as mung beans act like scrubbers for the gut!) Or a deconstructed Kitchari and veggies or as a mung bean soup.

    As well as seasonal soups like carrot ginger coconut, stewed apples or pears, roasted veggies, beet hummus, broiled fish with veggies, steamed veggies - and the option to include some meat protein if desired.

    Lots of yummy digestive spices will be used like ginger, cumin, oregano, sage, fenugreek, mustard (and many spices you might already have in your kitchen!

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to the course?

You will receive all documents and we will go through it together for the dates of the course. Can’t make these dates but still want to cleanse? Email me for special arrangements!

What if I can’t attend the calls live?

The first and last call will be recorded and you will have access to watch on your own schedule.

Are there extra expenses?

In the bonuses there will be optional supplements and tools you can buy to support you through your detox, however the food based cleanse will require nothing more than a grocery trip for your food for the week!
