Hi Beautiful, I’m Katie,

What began as my desperate search for answers became my life's work.

Throughout my life I struggled with symptoms of autoimmune, cystic acne, cystic ovaries, chronic inflammation, body pain, and digestive issues. After exhausting multiple doctors and specialists, I decided to take a different path.

I learned to heal the relationship with my body so that my body could begin to heal itself.

Because a large part of my healing came from sacred self-care practices, this prompted me to study, get certifications, travel and learn all about the nervous system, women's health, tantra-yoga, breath-work, nutrition and Ayurveda.

I've now had the honor of guiding countless women back to vibrant health, even after struggling with chronic, unresolved issues for years.

This is why I created the method I teach today, because I found that most approaches only treat half the picture. Brain retraining, without the body. Yoga without the nervous system science. Both help. But neither is enough on its own.
