We will focus on two aspects with the cleansing foods; 1. 80% plants 2. 90% cooked foods to give your digestion a break.
We’ll incorporate apples as a prebiotic to help build a healthy gut microbiome, root vegetables, sprouts and leafy greens cleanse the liver, and a nutritionally complete Indian stew called that assists in moving toxins from the body. Plus tons of delicious beverages, soups, salads, juices and smoothies and even treats. You’re going to love it!

What will I actually be eating?
Real, whole, seasonal food. We focus on foods that are naturally anti-inflammatory and easy on your digestive system: warming spices like ginger, cumin, and turmeric; root vegetables and leafy greens that support liver detox; and a nourishing (optional) Ayurvedic stew called kitchari that gently moves toxins from the body
You'll also have 40+ recipes for smoothies, soups, salads, juices, and yes — even some treats. This is a cleanse, not a punishment.
Do I have to cook separate meals for my family?
Most of the recipes in the guide are genuinely delicious for everyone at the table — not just "healthy food" that everyone tolerates. There will be a few meals that are very specific to the cleanse, but those tend to be quick to make. You won't be cooking two full separate dinners each night.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
The cleanse is naturally gluten-free and plant-forward, with options for fully vegan participants. If you have autoimmune - there is a special section for deeper guidance during the cleanse. If you have specific allergies or health conditions, email me before signing up and I'll let you know if we can accommodate you — or if this particular cleanse isn't the right fit right now.
How much time will this take each day?
Less than you think. The practices and meals are designed to fit around a real life — including work, kids, and all the rest of it. You're not expected to meditate for three hours or spend all day cooking. Most participants spend about 30–45 extra minutes per day on cleanse activities, and many find it actually saves time because of the simplified meal plan.
Do I need to buy supplements?
No. The cleanse is fully food-based and requires no supplements to participate. There is an optional supplement guide included for those who want to go deeper, but it's genuinely optional — not a sales pitch in disguise.
What is your refund policy?
Because all materials are delivered digitally at the start of the cleanse, purchases are non-refundable. If you have questions before buying, please reach out first katie@ripe-wellness.com
How long do I have access to the course?
You will receive all documents and we will go through it together for the dates of the course. Can’t make these dates but still want to cleanse? Email me for special arrangements!
What if I can’t attend the calls live?
Calls will be recorded and you will have access to watch on your own schedule.
Are there extra expenses?
There will be optional supplements and tools you can buy to support you through your detox, however the food based cleanse will require nothing more than a grocery trip for your food for the week!
